We
are a family business consisting
of Mum - Marion, who bakes the cakes on the premises from only
the highest quality ingredients. The fruit cake recipe has been
passed down through generations of the family. The dried fruit
is soaked in alcohol prior to baking to ensure a moist mature
cake, rich in flavour clean in cutting.
Dad - Eric,
manages the shop and assists customers in all aspects of their
order requirements or sugarcraft D.I.Y esquires. |

Daughter
- Erica, who has qualifications
including a diploma in baking technology and confectionery,
designs and decorates the cakes. She uses her talents to create
what our many delighted customers and we consider to be works
of art.
If our fruit cake is not to your personal taste, we offer alternatives
such as rich chocolate, madeira or carrot cake. Fruit cake samples
are available on request. |
