Traditional Wedding CakeIf your wedding reception is to be held at a grand castle or a regency manor house, you may want to continue the theme with a traditional wedding cake to create a tower of elegance. Made from our family recipe for a rich, moist fruit cake containing high quality dried vine fruits soaked in our secret blend of spirit and allowed to mature for 3 months to give a taste to savour. Then generously covered with pure almond paste and decorated with velvety soft fondant or traditional royal icing.
